***November 1, 2025 - January 3, 2026***-all dates are daily rates - Costs: $600 per night, Cleaning and Linen Fee $400 plus 11.7% tax with a three night minimum plus $750 security deposit.
***January 3, 2026 - April 30, 2026***-please contact owner at Seauonthevineyard@gmail.com for special request rentals during this time.
***May 1, 2026- June 13, 2026***-all dates are daily rates - Costs: $600 per night, Cleaning and Linen Fee $400 plus 11.7% tax with a three night minimum plus $750 security deposit.
***Saturday June 13 - July 18, 2026*** -all dates are for weekly rate only - Costs: $7000. Per week, Cleaning and Linen Fees $400 plus 11.7% tax and $750 security deposit.
***Saturday July 18 - August 8, 2026*** -all dates are for weekly rates only - Costs: $8200. Per week, Cleaning and Linen Fees $400 plus 11.7% tax and $750 security deposit.
***Saturday August 8 - August 23, 2026***-all dates are for weekly rates only - Costs: $9750. Per week, Cleaning and Linen Fees $400 plus 11.7% tax and $750 security deposit.
***Sunday August 23- September 13, 2026***-all dates are for weekly rates only - Costs: $7000. Per week, Cleaning and Linen Fees $400 plus 11.7% tax and $750 security deposit

This is the best house on the Vineyard. It is coy, comfy, & welcoming. Everything you think you want is here. This location is perfect. We ate, drank, and laughed while exploring the Island. A fun filled week was had by the “Girls”.

Our time on the Vineyard has been magnificent. Perfect weather, glorious sunsets, no rain until last night, and even that was peaceful. We have had two beautiful weeks here, in this lovely home, on the Vineyard. Every morning was sheer pleasure to have coffee on the porch, the deck or in the kitchen cooking breakfast. It is masterfully decorated.

If you are contemplating booking this house and have never been, have no fears. Mrs J is a class act and the pictures do not do this house justice. The house is immaculate and very heart warming. My wife and I loved it from the very first time walking in. It is only about a half mile from the town center and a easy walk. Mrs. J was a total pleasure to work with and made the experience more enjoyable. I highly recommend her beautiful home to enjoy the Vineyards. The rooms are spacious and all you need is at the house. I definitely give this house and the service provided by Mrs J 5 stars!

This beautiful home was perfect for our family. It was our first time at the Vineyard, and our family split their time between this house and another on Huntington Street. The numerous guest-rooms provided a space for all of us to break away, and the two living spaces allowed us to have a space for both children and adults.

The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, and we certainly utilized them! Thank you for providing your beautiful home.

This home is so beautiful and inviting. My husband and I love the wrap around porch and the relaxing hammock which we truly enjoyed. We as a family had a great time here at Martha’s Vineyard as this was our first time as well. We celebrated our 31st anniversary during our stay. Did the polar bear swim and shopping. Had the best family time ever. Thank you for the use of your lovely home!
